“L J” Fortified Shiraz
LJ Fortified Shiraz formerly
known as a Vintage Port is our first. Deep purple almost black in colour and
full of sweet shiraz flavour. Spicy blackberry, mulberry, plum and
blackcurrant fruit dominate the palate and combined with the spirit, richly
excite the palate before leaving a soft dryness. Even more complexity will
be gained through cellaring. Enjoy with espresso, cheeses or dessert.
